Foundations HOOP
Thursdays at 4.30pm will now be foundations hoop.
Learn the beautiful art of dancing in the hoop with Mel. Mel loves hoop and has created an entry level class to help you build the strength and skills to fly with ease. Learn a few new moves every week while combining them into a routine to show off your new skills.
Age 10+ minors need a parent to accompany them during class.
No experience necessary.

POLE JAM
Wednesdays 6.30pm to 7.30pm will be Pole Jam class. This is your chance to finally tackle those saved videos of amazing pole moves, or nail that trick you have been working on. Class is 90 minutes to allow everyone to have time and attention to hopefully work out and smash those new pole tricks.
