Thursdays at 9.30am will now be foundations hoop.
Learn the beautiful art of dancing in the hoop with Mel. Mel loves hoop and has created an entry level class to help you build the strength and skills to fly with ease. Learn a few new moves every week while combining them into a routine to show off your new skills. No experience necessary.

Tuesday ay 10.30am will now be Yoga with Tye
(*STARTING WEEK 2* as Tye is in Bali first week of term)
Tye is the most mobile, flexible person in Margaret River and she is going to share all her secrets with us, to help us move and flow with the same beautiful ease. Tye is an experienced yoga teacher and pole dancer so she understands what our bodies need, all the things that get tight from pole - she will fix us.
I'm am extremely excited for this class, see you there!

Wednesdays at 6.30pm will now be Roller Pole, learn how to artistic roller skate and flow on the pole. This class is a mixture of roller skate technique and pole low flow choreography. No pole or roller skate experience is necessary although obviously is a bonus.
Please bring your own roller skates.
